OCB presents its Bamboo range!

This new OCB unbleached Bamboo paper is made out of sustainably harvested bamboo, a plant that grows fast and generates 35% more oxygen than regular trees. It is GMO/dye/chlorine free and vegan.

Good for the planet

Bamboo produces 35% more oxygen and absorbs twice as much carbon dioxide as trees.* It is one of the most resistent plants to disease and weeds. No harsh fertilizer, pesticides, or herbicides are needed to grow bamboo and it uses very little water compared to other plants.

The bamboo roots remain in the ground where they extend, helping to prevent soil erosion, flooding, and extensive changes to the local ecosystem.

Sustainable, versatile, and waste-free

Bamboo is a grass that can grow a metre in a single day and will be full-sized in 3-7 years, compared to standard trees that can take 30+ years to grow. It is an incredibly versatile plant with durable fibers used across many industries, including textile, building, and medicine. Nearly every part of bamboo can be harnessed, meaning it produces practically no waste!
