Our production process is controled at every step thanks to our laboratory that constantly tests our raw materials and products to guarantee the best quality possible.
TRACEABILITY
We produce millions of OCB products and it’s inevitable that a few will have defects. But check this out, every filter package will have a code. This traces the year, month, even the machine and team who handled it. So when we ask you to send a faulty product, we go back in time to see what went wrong, and fix it. We even have a fancy camera that checks filters as they are made.

There are counterfeit products in the market if you don’t buy your OCB in an official store, that’s why we have developed a specific code to easily scan and authenticate your OCB booklet. If this happens, please send the product to our OCB lab and we will test it.
